  • Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans

In 2013, MHP conducted a benchmark compensation and benefits study. Most recently in May 2019, a limited scope review was completed for salary structure and titles. We now wish to review HR policies and benefits offering.

MHP is seeking a volunteer to conduct a comprehensive benchmark HR Policies and benefits study and make recommendations in accordance of the study. The study shall cover all HR handbook policies and benefits offering.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a full range of benefits, all details will be provided, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have other benefits, such as working remotely policy,, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to expend the funds in other areas of the organization, which are not covered in grants

To maintain competitiveness, ensure equity and position the organization for future development.
