What We Need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future
Additional Details

Looking to set up and Instagram account. We have a Facebook and we use it semi consistently, but we want to link them and then build a calendar so we can be more strategic in our engagement.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have semi Active Facebook account and a houtsuite account., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Content, pictures, etc, we have no calendar and no strategy, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to Advertise with the money, be more strategic with our money. AND serve more parents!

We are trying to reach a bigger audience for our classes. We are working on digital strategy, website updates and a communication plan, but we need a social media calendar and a framework for a digital strategy.

Project Plan

Prep: Audit & Planning
  • Volunteer Manager shares social media credentials and existing marketing materials with Professional
  • (If applicable) Professional audits existing social media account to determine which content types are performing best
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss & agree upon target audiences, content types, and posting frequency
Milestone 1: Calendar Structure Creation
  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates
Milestone 2: Content Creation
  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates
(Optional) Milestone 3: Content Scheduling / Software Setup
  • Professional connects Organization’s social media account to a scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite
  • Professional sets up and schedules up to 4 weeks of posts in scheduling software
