We are looking for someone to review our scheduling process which uses Excel and Mail Merge on Word to fix issues we've been having as well as provide suggestions for improvement. Our previous volunteer assisted with issues that were purely excel based. Now we are looking for someone who experience with mail merge to assist with issues on both Word and Excel. Thank you!

What we have in place
  • We currently have MS Office and a scheduling process setup, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a staff member who coordinates the scheduling process, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,174 , allowing us to make our process more efficient and put more time into our programs and overall mission of achieving peace.

Your work on this project is key to our overall programs of education and interfaith and intercultural engagement in order to spread peace and combat bigotry.

Testimonials

Jack was wonderful to work with on this project. He communicated quickly and clearly and was very knowledgeable on excel and mail merge. His organization was also useful in determining how to structure the various parts of our project and getting it completed on time. I would recommend others to work with him.
