  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

What we have in place
  • We currently have Policies written, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Employees, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to have someone take our current policies and future goals and combine them into a guide for our employees.

As we grow as an organization, it is important to us to retain and hire the best possible human capital and streamlining policies and offering benefits is important in achieving this goal.

Our mission

Protect Penn-Trafford is a citizen's group working to ensure the safety, security, and quality of life from the effects of unconventional gas development in Penn-Trafford and surrounding communities in Westmoreland and Allegheny Counties.

What we do

We participate in local hearings for new gas development and advocate for protections to our community, we educate our community so they know how to protect themselves and their families, and we mentor other communities so they can accomplish protections for their neighborhoods.
