What we have in place
  • We currently have a strategic plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have operational budget, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,242 , allowing us to use funds for our children's programs.

This organization was previously functioned more as a pass through organization with limited revenue streams, They focused one two main fundraisers, an golf tournament, and selling a movie pass.
We need help developing new strategies and partnerships to raise more funds. We no longer pass through any funds to other nonprofits and have our own direct programs. We now have been more successful retaining grants.
