What we need
- A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
- Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey
Additional details
We have an annual membership donation club that has dwindled over the past 2 years, down to 6 people. We are trying to discover how we can reward them for their belief in the organization and still drop the project as it is not sustainable for us.
What we have in place
- We currently have a description of the Growing Hope Initiative, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a staff member who is a GHI member, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to have the one staff member in charge of fund development to move forward on other projects and demands.
We do not want to offend those who believe in us and joined long term, yet with people retiring and moving, then dropping membership, we cannot really sustain this idea into the future with only 6 members left. Not sure how to word a survey to ask their opinion.

Our mission
No one thinks straight in a crisis. We all need help to navigate the multiple systems involved with trauma, violence and poverty. HOPE's mission is to empower lives through hope, offering support, education and advocacy to anyone affected by child abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence or homelessness.
What we do
We serve about 1700+ people a year in 2.5 rural counties in SE Minnesota. We have a domestic violence shelter, and offer advocacy and support to those who have experienced child abuse, sexual assault and homelessness. We are the only organization proving these services in our rural area.
Testimonials
We met first by Skype and it was great to meet a real person. Olga put together a solid survey we can use to get the feedback we need. Very easy to work with and very good communicator.
