What we need
  • A document with detailed feedback and edits that ensures an Organization's business plan clearly defines its mission and approach, finance and operating structure, and tracks to key performance indicators

ShareCare is a 25-year-old nonprofit that recently changed its organizational structure from a member organization to a social service agency serving all people age 60 and over in Leelanau County. Instead of dues, we now have a basic enrollment fee and rely on donations, grants, corporate sponsorships. I am looking for a business plan that provides information on our services, delivery and long-term sustainability plan.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an annual report that includes last year's metrics., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a current year operating budget, profit and loss, balance, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to utilize these funds for advertising and marketing material.

We need a business plan that can be shared with potential donors. Further, because of the change in the organizational structure, it is critical that we have a solid plan to reinforce the our transition to serving all seniors. This will help keep our long-term members and supporters onboard.
