Website Audit
Website Audit
Project details
What we need
- Feedback on the current website’s layout, user functionality, mobile-friendliness, visual design, content, and other key features
- Clear articulation of the Organization’s goals for the website
- Recommendations for improvements to help achieve the Organization’s desired goals
- Note: If you are looking for a more specific, in-depth audit of your website's design and usability, try our Website Usability Audit project
Additional details
In our opinion, a user-friendly Web site requires:
1. Consistent formatting
2. Easy to explore tabs
3. Easy to access Comment Boxes/Functions with tools to prevent trolling or harassment.
4. Functional, visually-effective Events Page
5. Online tool for subscription tracking and donation tracking
Our goal is to be the hub for smart content on race, ethnicity and culture by way of blog posts and/or discussion boards. Our Web site intends to inform viewers of how they can join community events.
What we have in place
- We currently have a volunteer for Web site management, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a clear goal and mission for our organization/Web site, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,762 , allowing us to focus on professional community engagement. We seek to expand our scholarship program, create audio visual content, grow our library, host evening events & celebrate our members for a job well done!
All Together seeks to improve the quality of life of people living in Greater Williamsburg by providing opportunities to gather socially to learn from and about one another. An impressive Web site helps us attract members to our events, keeps us relevant by reaching a broader audience who may only seek to engage in this work through the Web, allows us to highlight who we are and what we do through images and graphics, and finally link to other resources that are doing similar work nearby.
