Project details

What we need
  • Print-ready designed brochure template provided in a high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Collateral, to be used in conjunction with the Brochure Writing project, for new marketing materials
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: This project does not include printing
What we have in place
  • We currently have an older version of the brochure, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have photos, an older logo, and other images, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to not only produce an effective tool for informing, recruiting, and engaging mobile home park residents, but also to free up time and resources for conducting the broader work of the organization.

In the past, we used brochures extensively to inform mobile home park residents about our services, recruit them to join as dues-paying members, and encourage them to become volunteers and even leaders within our organization. Our programs, accomplishments, volunteer and leadership opportunities, and membership benefits have changed significantly and our current brochure is no longer an effective tool to use in carrying out these activities that are vital to the organization.

Our mission

All Parks Alliance for Change is the statewide organization for Minnesota's 180,000 manufactured home park residents. APAC provides a vehicle for manufactured home owners to express their needs and concerns in their parks and in the larger community.

What we do

APAC works with manufactured home park residents to improve the quality of life in park neighborhoods, protect the rights of park residents, advance public policy change that supports safe, affordable park communities, and preserve this vital source of affordable housing.
