Additional details
We are looking to overhaul our existing website and would like this audit to help map out the necessary changes. It would be ideal to have the same individual/team perform the audit and eventual redesign, to maintain continuity. I would deeply appreciate a report of the audit as a final deliverable.
We hope to receive feedback on how to best accommodate our target audiences: current program participants, volunteers, and potential sponsors and donors.
What we have in place
- I can provide some information on our current website content manager, WordPress. I will be the sole manager of this project can access some information about website hosting from the volunteer who has managed it. I know that we have Google Analytics, although I am unsure as to how we are implementing that.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,762 , allowing us to re purpose the money toward ongoing program and operational costs.
We would like to pursue more corporate sponsorship and therefore would appreciate a better platform in which to engage with them as well as participants who use the website to pay services fees and look up classes and volunteer opportunities.
Our team is very small, fewer than 12 people, and so a more streamlined website with easier updating would help those who are already multitasking on a variety of projects
