What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
What we have in place
  • We currently have videos and photos, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a goal snd audience we would like to target, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to help 5 more entrepreneurs gain funding for their businesses.

This project would help us to gain visibility with our audience and improve our social media presence. We have rebranded the village and would like to tell the world about what we are doing.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format

The Village Micro Fund is a grassroots micro finance organization with the mission to empower entrepreneurs in Metro Atlanta by providing access to capital, business education, and a "Village" of support.

Through small business training and community based cooperative investing we are proving that under-resourced communities around the country can self direct the development of their neighborhoods.
