Project details

What we need
  • 6-8 coaching sessions with a staff member
  • Actionable steps and advice to address an ongoing managerial issue
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of the Organization's leadership team
Additional details

I am the CEO of a growing non-profit with background in fundraising and strategic planning. This is my 6th year and I am so proud of where the organization has come. But I now feel a need to step up my own leadership skills to keep up with what I've created! My leadership style is very supportive and encouraging, but as we grow I have also had to make tough decisions that are unpopular. I'd like to develop my own leadership skills.

What we have in place
  • I am motivated and have some specific issues I want to work on.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,198 , allowing us to purchase more shoes for children!

As the CEO of a growing nonprofit that helps over 131,000 children a year, I believe that any investment in my leadership skills will strenghten the organization and help us reach more children!
