What we need
- Audit of the existing systems and processes; the audit is limited to hiring and termination practices, work scheduling, payroll processing, benefits administration, insurance, and compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Recommendation for process improvements and software providers (if necessary)
- Implementation of chosen software (if necessary)
- Training on maintenance tasks

- We currently have an employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have resources, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to Purchase an HR system thru ADP
