  • A document with detailed feedback and edits that ensures an Organization's business plan clearly defines its mission and approach, finance and operating structure, and tracks to key performance indicators

We drafted a business plan for an app that our organization is looking to launch. We need advice on the strengths, weaknesses and gaps in the plan.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a plan draft, an excited staff member & customer interviews, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have details of the beneficiary market, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,972 , allowing us to build the first digital prototype
