Training Materials Assessment

Project details

What we need
  • A thorough review of existing training materials to ensure they are effective, engaging, and consistent with the Organization's training goals
  • Edits with respect to tone, length, and method of delivery
  • A document outlining revisions and suggestions for improvement
Additional details

We would like someone with HR experience to help us create an employee orientation manual.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an employee handbook and a few training materials, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have time to work with you on this, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to make the hiring process more effective and allow for a smoother transition. It will also allow us to focus more on our programs with the goal of achieving a more peaceful society.

This will be very helpful as we are in a transitional period as an organization and are looking to hire a few new staff in the next couple of months.
