Project details

What we need
  • Analysis of Organization’s target audience, competition, costs and products/services
  • Recommendations for pricing for existing products/services
  • Assessment of whether any products/services should be discontinued or offered at differential price points based on constituents’ needs
Additional details

We are a Charity non-profit that is debating whether or not to transition to a "fee-for-service" model. The families we serve are low-income and we are scared that once we start charging, we will hinder the families who really need the help. But we know we need a more steady stream if income in order to be more sustainable. Help!

What we have in place
  • We currently have All the demographics and financial data, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some feedback from a focus group, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,196 , allowing us to pay for a part-time staff to work with the children. It will also allow is to invest into marketing the program.

This project is a serious step for our organization. It will truly make or break us. We need to know: is this the best idea?, how much will each child/ family have to pay? Will this actually help us or will it create more work? How will this be rolled out? Are there case-studies that show an organization who has transitioned to fees? At this point sustainability is the key. We want our non-profit to help the working-class families in our community. We need to succeed.
