What we need
- A documented process outlining how to administer a top-down, peer-to-peer, or a full 360 employee review process
- A communication plan to share the process with others in the Organization to help them understand the approach and desired outcomes
- Recommendations on tools that can be used to collect feedback (anonymous or identified) and organize quantitative and qualitative results
- Best practices for rolling out the performance reviews, and coaching advice for managers and individual contributors

- We currently have a team for you to work with, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have established goals, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,686 , allowing us to enroll thirty more youth in supportive services.
We have an amazingly dedicated team who pour their hearts out for our kids and families. They deserve an improved process of performance reviews that are more supportive, positive and engaging.

Centinela Youth Services strengthens families and communities and helps build successful students and productive adults, leveraging the principles of restorative justice to empower peaceful conflict resolution. We are committed to ending the institutionalized practices in schools and justice systems that are primarily responsible for maintaining the school-to-prison pipeline, and disproportionately impact youth of color.
