Develop copy for Beaumont's Diabetes Prevention Program based on the CDC's National Diabetes Prevention Program.
What we have in place
- We currently have current flyers and our brand standards, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have CDC infographics, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to implement additional diabetes prevention program cohorts.
The Diabetes Prevention Program is an evidence based model helping to support the prevention of diabetes in communities. It is often difficult to translate health information into a consumer friendly format to articulate its value. As a health system, we often utilize jargon, so it is imperative to ensure we have a way to communicate across populations.
