Project details

What we need
  • Training goals for a specific population (volunteers, staff, program participants, etc.)
  • Advice on what training methods the Organization should pursue to meet its goals (webinars, lectures, print materials, etc.)
  • Suggestions for curriculum design, creative messaging, call to actions, methods and timeline
  • Budget for implementation (taking the Organization’s resource constraints into consideration)
  • A written document that summarizes objectives, strategies and actions steps
Additional details

Our current Marketing/Communications Coordinator is transitioning out as her Americorps contract ends in August. We need a training plan for the person coming in after her, as she may be already fully transitioned before we find someone to take over.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a dedicated staff member and a list of responsibilities, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a job description, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,000 , allowing us to provide more mentoring matches in our communities.

Staying on top of marketing, communications, and our visual brand will only serve to make our organization more recognizable in our community as well as outside of it. Making sure our next Marketing/Communications Coordinator can pick up where our current is leaving off without much obstacle other than a learning curve is extremely important in the continuing development of this role and its importance to our organization.
