Project details

What we need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future
Additional details

Our current Marketing/Communications coordinator is transitioning out as her contract ends in August. We are looking to establish a new system for content creation and maintenance and are hoping to have a content calendar created for the month of July or August!

What we have in place
  • We currently have a dedicated staff member and post templates, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have social media accounts with logins, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to provide more mentoring matches in our communities.

We know that 1.) stakeholders either want to see that you're active or don't have social media at all and 2.) having an active online presence helps to show who we are to the world - including students, parents, and organizations who may be considering whether to enroll in our programs. We want a strong social media presence so that our sponsors/donors feel seen when we thank them, and to show to anyone interested that enrolling is more than worth it!
