Organizational Executive Summary
Organizational Executive Summary
Project details
What we need
- A 1-2 page document that summarizes your Organization's impact and goals for continued programming and services.
Additional details
I'm actually looking to have someone who can assist us with a report for our strategic plan. It would be more than 2 pages. Probably about 10-12.
What we have in place
- We currently have an almost completed draft of the strategic plan document, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have pictures and client stories, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,196 , allowing us to save staff time that can be directed at building out and delivering programs and our executive director cultivating important relationships.
BBK will utilize this document to share with funders, community partners and allies the new direction of our organization. It will help us with connecting with funders to bring in more funding as well as with building community partnerships.

Testimonials
It was a pleasure working with Dorcas. She was very efficient with her time and completed drafts of documents very quickly. She asked good questions and was open to feedback as we worked to create the best organizational summary.
It was a pleasure working with Sheryl. Expectations were clearly communicated during the first phone call. The passion and commitment to BBK was palpable. I had chosen this project because of my interest in community empowerment initiatives and after going through BBK’s website. After our conversation, I felt more engaged and was glad to have the opportunity to support BBK’s vision. I see K achieving great strides under Sheryl’s leadership.
