What we need
  • 3-5 one hour strategy sessions covering topics like potential volunteer market, timeline, strategies for outreach and recommendations for implementation (potential risks, possible management tools, etc.)
  • A written summary of goals, target audiences and channels to prioritize
  • A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy.
What we have in place
  • We currently have less than 100 volonteers, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have 5 executives-managers, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,866 , allowing us to buy personal protection devices and training oh human resources

find new and more volunteer, training and learn the right procedures for applying the procedures.

in addition to these activities, the budget, research funds and personal protection devices must grow hand in hand

  • Up to 3 strategy sessions with Professional to discuss what roles the volunteer program should focus on, a realistic timeline for recruitment, and identify ways for the organization to find volunteers
