Website Audit
Website Audit
Project details
What we need
- Feedback on the current website’s layout, user functionality, mobile-friendliness, visual design, content, and other key features
- Clear articulation of the Organization’s goals for the website
- Recommendations for improvements to help achieve the Organization’s desired goals
- Note: If you are looking for a more specific, in-depth audit of your website's design and usability, try our Website Usability Audit project
What we have in place
- We currently have an existing website and a staff member, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a site map for how we think the website could be improved, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,762 , allowing us to dedicate resources toward our work advocating for more state funding for public afterschool programs across California.
To continue our work, we need our website to clearly communicate who we are, what we do, and what we have to offer.
We'd like to continue using the Squarespace platform, but would like some advice about potentially switching templates. We are starting to do more fee-for-service trainings, and need this work to be reflected on our website, and raise the profile of some of our work that has gone under the radar. We'd also like to add a feature to capture email addresses for resource downloads.
Project plan
Our mission
By strategically linking people, practice, and policy, we make sure that children and youth in the most under-resourced communities receive quality expanded learning opportunities and that all their learning environments - school, afterschool, and summer - support their academic, social, emotional, and physical well-being.
Testimonials

Partnership for Children and Youth (PCY) was a pleasure to work with. I enjoyed the challenge of suggesting recommendations for their website. They were supportive and easy to communicate with. I hope my work helps them with their mission in helping undeserved youth.
