Project details

What we need
  • 1-2 page summary of takeaways and trends from interviewing key individuals (no more than 8 interviews total)
  • Identification of the board’s strengths and recommendations for areas of improvement for board members collectively and individually
What we have in place
  • We currently have an advisory council with passion for the mission, experience with the population of at-risk young adults, and some other skill sets for leadership.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,773 , allowing us to help multi-cultural, at-risk young adults in Marin County to heal from trauma, serve their community, volunteer globally, and develop as leaders.

Helping us establish clear structure for board organization and aims for their leadership will help us more effectively support our multi-cultural, at-risk young adult population.
