Compensation Plan
Compensation Plan
Project details
What we need
- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional details
In my former non-profit job, we had a salary administration plan with a minimum, midpoint and maximum salary ranges for each position. If this could be achieved for our Clinic, that would be amazing.
What we have in place
- We currently have job descriptions and the current salary of each position, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have additional salary information from other area Clinics, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to direct these funds to patient care.
As a small non-profit, our Clinic has not had any direction in terms of salary administration. We are trying to ensure we are competitive with other area non-profits to attract and retain quality staff to serve our patients.

Our mission
The mission of the Gloucester Mathews Care Clinic is to provide community-based healthcare for the residents of Gloucester and Mathews counties, and select surrounding areas, who lack health insurance, or are covered by Medicaid. We achieve this through the efforts of volunteers, paid professionals and support staff, and contributions from members of the community who share our values and concern.
What we do
The Gloucester Mathews Care Clinic has provided compassionate care to uninsured adults in Gloucester and Mathews counties since 1998. We provide chronic care, acute care, behavioral health care, specialty care through our community partners, patient health education, and an on-site pharmacy.
