Our organization is due for an updated Strategic Plan due to our last one being completed in 2015. While we are growing in our programming, our budget restraints are currently making it difficult to proceed with a paid consultant. A SWOT analysis has already been completed and the Board has decided on the top areas of interest which to focus the new plan.
We base our yearly operational goals off of the current Strategic Plan as well as evaluate if we are effectively accomplishing our mission by serving vulnerable women with clothing, advice and advocacy.
To empower women in need to pursue employment and economic security through apparel, advice and advocacy.
