What we need
- Evaluation of current programmatic needs and how a program plan can address them
- Recommendations for an appropriate course of action to reach the desired objectives, including guidance on how to allocate resources and measure success
- Plan that outlines the resources and steps required to reach short- and long-term goals
Additional details
Our organization is due for an updated Strategic Plan due to our last one being completed in 2015. While we are growing in our programming, our budget restraints are currently making it difficult to proceed with a paid consultant. A SWOT analysis has already been completed and the Board has decided on the top areas of interest which to focus the new plan.
What we have in place
- We currently have a Strategic Plan RFP, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a completed SWOT analysis and areas of need summary, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,775 , allowing us to put that money toward direct services serving women who do not have the tools to procure and maintain steady employment.
We base our yearly operational goals off of the current Strategic Plan as well as evaluate if we are effectively accomplishing our mission by serving vulnerable women with clothing, advice and advocacy.
