Compensation Plan
Project details
What we need
- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional details
Our professional dance company is 36 years old. I want to confirm that our dancers are compensated correctly. And I want to verify compensation for me, as the Executive Director, my marketing /development manager and my company manager to ensure alignment with other art non profits in the ny/nj region of comparable size and revenue.
What we have in place
- We currently have information on full-time dancer and staff members, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have executive level support, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to compensate people fairly, especially as a retention tool.
I'm preparing the FY 20 budget and since I've been here over the last 10 years, as the Exec. Director, we have not done a formal assessment of compensation for the dancers and most importantly, my salary as the Executive Director, and the two full-time staff people.
