  • We currently have a set of competitors and potential partners, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the start of target customer profiles, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,948 , allowing us to serve 10 community organizations through lifestyle wellness programming and coaching.

Viva is planning its launch in the NYC health and wellness market and understanding the landscape is essential. We'd love to use this project to differentiate our offerings and bring access to populations who aren't currently served. This project will help us identify competitors and partners, as well as help inform our pricing strategy and program design. Viva wants to redefine wellness for NYC communities and this project will be critical!
