Our organization has been operating for the past ten years. We are working within a fundraising strategic plan which includes two fundraising events, a fall campaign to solicit individual donations and grant writing. While we had been increasing our income each year, last year we fell short on our goals. We feel that we need outside expertise to evaluate our current activities and assist us in developing some new strategies to move us forward.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a strategic plan as well as a ten year fundraising history, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an executive director and Board committed to this project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,242 , allowing us to purchase books for our literacy programs, invite additional students to participate in after school programs, enable us to provide valuable field trips to colleges and businesses for our students.

Sandy Springs Education Force supports the students in our eleven Sandy Springs public schools by providing targeted programs so that all of our students will graduate and be successful. We have been successful in growing our organization for the past ten years. However, last year, we did not reach our fundraising goal by 20%. We feel that we need to have outside professional assistance to evaluate our current strategies, assist us in improving them and develop new strategies.

  • Available materials with Professional should include Market Analysis, Financial Plan, etc.

  • Professional and Volunteer Manager brainstorm potential revenue-generation streams and potential target markets
  • Professional provides analysis of Organization’s existing approach to funding and program beneficiaries and a competitive benchmarking of peer organizations
