Training Materials Assessment
Project details
What we need
- A thorough review of existing training materials to ensure they are effective, engaging, and consistent with the Organization's training goals
- Edits with respect to tone, length, and method of delivery
- A document outlining revisions and suggestions for improvement
What we have in place
- We currently have multiple PPT presentations and othe resources, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have one point of contact, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to better acclimate our new employees and volunteers to our mission sooner, so they can get in to their job roles quicker.
We are currently rehabilitating how we onboard new employees. This standardization has created hours of PowerPoint presentations, which get the point across, but are boring and create lots of didactic training. We are looking for creative ways to share/immerse our employees and volunteers without boring them to death.

Testimonials
Gary brought vision and experience to this project and took it to a place we were not even at first considering. For someone who is not local to us, in the first few minutes of our initial conversation, Gary focused in on our mission and became a stakeholder in what is important to us. He is great to work with and an excellent sounding board for ideas. We are delighted that Catchafire brought us together. He wants a challenge and is willing to serve.
I totally enjoyed working with Catholic Charities on this project. The project allowed me to be creative and utilize my skills to help this worthy organization. The project was well defined and my conversations with the project sponsor (Greg Null) were very gratifying. The information that I was provided by Greg to undertake and complete this project was also both timely and informative.
