- Evaluation of current programmatic needs and how a program plan can address them
- Recommendations for an appropriate course of action to reach the desired objectives, including guidance on how to allocate resources and measure success
- Plan that outlines the resources and steps required to reach short- and long-term goals
Additional details
Looking for help in creating a strategic plan for revenue growth. Reviewing and assessing current slate of programming to identify success factors and walk through process to create targets for 3-5 years out. This will be a session that will include 4 senior managers and perhaps 1 strategic director and will be facilitated by me (and/or a volunteer).
What we have in place
- We currently have 3 years historical data, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have lots of examples of best practices, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,775 , allowing us to save more lives. This project will allow us to raise more money for our mission so we can continue to save lives and lead the fight for a world without cancer.
We need to have a plan for growth. Each year we need to build upon our success to grow our revenue from$5M to 7M+

What we do
The American Cancer Society is a nationwide, community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem. Our Global Headquarters are located in Atlanta, Georgia, and we have regional and local offices throughout the country to ensure we have a presence in every community.
While most people know us for our research, we do so much more. We attack cancer from every angle. We promote healthy lifestyles to help you prevent cancer. We research cancer and its causes to find more answers and better treatments. We fight for lifesaving policy changes. We provide everything from emotional support to the latest cancer information for those who have been touched by cancer. And we do it all 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
