Google Analytics Set Up & Training
Google Analytics Set Up & Training
Project details
What we need
- Setup of Google Analytics account and tracking codes for web assets (e.g. mobile apps, website, blog, social media)
- Training on how to track performance, set up reports and analyze the data collected online
- Set of guidelines for data collection, interpretation and analysis
What we have in place
- We currently have a Wordpress site with Google Analytics installed, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,772 , allowing us to spend more time working with community partners to increase homelessness services, collect and share more stories to change the narrative on homelessness, and continue our work on eruption relief.
We are in the process of a website redesign and want to assess how effective our site is at sharing homelessness resources, directing donors, answering common questions, and allowing us to measure the effectiveness of changes to our site.
We would like to make sure our social media accounts support our goals as well.
As the webmaster and social media manager, knowledge of Google Analytics will help me to identify areas for improvement and make appropriate changes in the future.
Project plan
Our mission
We bring to life gospel values of justice, love, compassion and hope, through services, empowerment and advocacy.
What we do
We offer:
Homeless Outreach, Diversion, Rapid Re-housing, Veterans' Services, Housing First, Permanent Supportive Housing, Emergency Shelter, and more.
You may have heard about our micro shelters for lava evacuees that were built in 30 days during the 2018 eruption of the Kilauea volcano. https://www.hawaiinewsnow.com/2018/10/12/hawaii-county-only-quarter-lava-evacuees-have-found-permanent-housing/
We're currently working to open "Ohana Zones," which are essentially creative solutions to homelessness that use a community's resources to meet its needs. See the link to find out how we're turning an old hospital into a shelter!

We also are working to address a major cause of homelessness on our island--a lack of affordable housing. We're currently raising $40,000 to build a prototype modular home, that we hope will become a new option for people looking for affordable housing.
