What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details
I am looking to refresh our existing donor letter. Would love a version to be printed and mailed as well as a more concise version for our email mailinglisf.
What we have in place
- We currently have a few example of previous letters, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have general text about our programs, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to spend our resources on outreach and marketing for our show. Also, since at this moment we have no full time office staff we have limited time to spend on writing a new letter.
Reaching out to our donor base is crucial to maintaining our annual fundraising goals.

Our mission
The mission of Circus Bella is twofold:
- to engage diverse audiences by creating a one-ring circus in partnership with a broad array of community organizations;
- to provide performance experiences--simultaneously challenging and rewarding--for its diverse artists.
What we do
Circus Bella is San Francisco's only local, one - ring circus. The diverse company features aerialists, acrobats, family foot jugglers, clowns, and more - all performed to original music written by local music legend Rob Reich and performed by a live six-piece band! Audiences are bedazzled, lifted up, and join in the celebration of the heart of circus: community, joy, and achieving the impossible.
