What we need
  • A high-resolution digital version of an illustration that can be used across multiple channels (web, print, and/or merchandising)
Additional details

We would like to relaunch our Tobacco-Free Beaches and Parks educational campaign and need a design that can be used for posters, advertising, and social media.

What we have in place
  • We have materials from our former campaign, the details of the law, and research abilities should you need any more information to include.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to Our county budget for all advertising, activities, materials, and supplies is only $7500. These savings will allow us to put more into our Youth Council and engaging community members.

We passed this very important smoke-free law for Maui County in 2014, but unfortunately not many people are aware of it. We need to make sure everyone in our community understands the importance of this law, how it protects human health as well as the health of the environment, and how the consequences of breaking the law can be very expensive ($500)!

  • Volunteer Manager sends Professional existing branding or marketing materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with relevant background information on the Organization, mission, and core values

Milestone 1: Brainstorm
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals, target audience, and how the illustration will be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional align expectations for the initial drawings and agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional drafts and presents three concepts for the Organization’s illustration
  • Volunteer Manager chooses a favorite concept and provides up to two rounds of feedback, which the Professional uses to refine the Illustration

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers a final version of the Illustration in digital form
