- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors

The Hawai'i Environmental Education Alliance (HEEA) is looking for an individual able to draft a clear, concise, and well-articulated donor letter that genuinely represents our organization and the work that we do to strengthen environmental education and literacy in Hawai'i. HEEA would like a donor letter template that we can use to reach out to diverse environmental education communities in Hawai'i that support environmental literacy through 'aina-based stewardship practices.
What we have in place
- We currently have sponsorship and donor letter drafts, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an updated strategic plan, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to purchase more educator materials for the HEEA 2019-2020 PDE3 Professional Development series.
The HEEA donor request letter will enable us to professionally reach out to donors to request funding support for HEEA administrative operations and educator programs such as our PDE3 pilina programs, educator meetings, and annual environmental education symposium.
