Salesforce Training
Salesforce Training
Project details
What we need
- A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
- A document summarizing topics covered during training
Additional details
Coram's Fields uses Salesforce to manage its fundraising and communications, but we have barely scratched the surface of its potential. We need a Salesforce expert to give us a crash course into the functionality of this package and to show us how we can make better use of it.
What we have in place
- We have a free subscription for the Salesforce Non Profit Success Pack and have a Salesforce database up and running. We are able to videoconference for the virtual training.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to cover the costs of an employability worker, one day per week for a year, to provide advice, training and support to young people looking to progress into further education or employment.
Having a database for our fundraising is new for Coram's Fields. As we want to increasingly professionalise the way we store and use donor information to raise more funds, we need to get up to speed with how to use this amazing resource effectively.
Project plan
Our mission
To be a safe haven for play for children and young people.
What we do
Coram's Fields is the capital's most cherished children's charity. Located on the grounds of the former Founding Hospital, we provide a range of recreational outdoor facilities for local families, including: a park and adventure playground, city farm, wildlife garden and sports pitches and courts. We also deliver services for children and young people ages 0-19 - from first steps to first jobs - which include: early years services, youth and sports programmes.

Marco and I had several training sessions on the NPSP, and he was friendly to work with. I see from LinkedIn that he is moving to another organization.
