What we need
- A professionally designed annual report, up to 20 pages, with print-ready specifications
Additional details
Coram's Fields needs an annual report designed for this year and we are seeking a talented designer who is capable of producing a finalised brochure for us by early July.
What we have in place
- We have a high resolution logo and examples of previous annual reports which we can share with you to act as a guide.
The finalised copy for the report is being written in the next couple of weeks and will be send across to you as soon as possible. We have plenty of images and case studies which we will be able to share with you.
We have a budget set aside to cover the costs of printing the report once complete.
This is an essential project and we are committed to supporting the volunteer.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,518 , allowing us to cover the costs of providing dedicated one-to-one casework sessions, delivered by a trained youth worker, to young people at risk of involvement in crime for six months.
Our annual report is one of the key ways that we are able to communicate our impact with our stakeholders. As well as enabling us to comply with our statutory duties, the annual report will provide reassurance to our supporters that the charity is well run and achieving impact in the lives of children and young people.
It will also be a helpful tool to encourage even more donors to sign up and support our work!

What we do
Coram's Fields is the capital's most cherished children's charity. Located on the grounds of the former Founding Hospital, we provide a range of recreational outdoor facilities for local families, including: a park and adventure playground, city farm, wildlife garden and sports pitches and courts. We also deliver services for children and young people ages 0-19 - from first steps to first jobs - which include: early years services, youth and sports programmes.

All the team at Coram's Fields have done a great job at providing all the assets and copy needed very quickly, as well as sending their feedback after each draft. Although I am always grateful to be granted the freedom of being creative in our approach, the main challenge has been working with a flexible visual style. However, the team has been very supportive of the style I have presented them, so I am happy they were open to seeing my ideas.
