What we need
- Print-ready designed brochure template provided in a high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
- Collateral, to be used in conjunction with the Brochure Writing project, for new marketing materials
- Accurate, print-ready specifications
- Note: This project does not include printing
Additional details
We are looking for a brochure/template to mail out detailing our 2019-2020 concert schedule and years to come.
What we have in place
- We currently have logos/pictures of the quartet as well as concert programs, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have examples of other organizations season brochures to compare, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to spend more money on the creation of new music and rehearsal of little known music. We will be able to focus on giving composers new opportunities to have their music performed and appreciated.
One of the most important things we can do as a performing ensemble is to bring music to people. By sending out an attractive and informative season brochure we can let our donors and supporters know what the next year holds as well as reach out to new supporters. We hope to bring new music to as many people as we can and to have a succinct and beautiful way to send out that information, we think, will allow us to expand our organization over the next year.

Our mission
The nonprofit Del Sol Performing Arts Organization ("Del Sol PAO") was formed in 2004 to increase the public's awareness and understanding of contemporary chamber music and make this art form more accessible. We carry out this mission through the Del Sol String Quartet's concerts, commissioning of composers, educational programs and recordings. The Del Sol PAO supports the Quartet's vision of bringing the voice of living artists to our diverse community and making contemporary chamber music a dynamic part of today's culture.
