Project details

What we need
  • A training delivered in person or online to team members within the Organization
  • Written or virtual training materials that can be used for future trainings
  • Advice on frequently asked interview questions
  • Recommendations for next steps to continue to improve interviewing skills
Additional details

I'm looking for interview training for my team to ensure that we are consistent in our interview practice and we use our interview time wisely to assess how candidates will perform in their respective roles.

What we have in place
  • We have a small, but growing team and I would like to improve and formalize our interview process. We use a great ATS already which helps streamline our application process. We have also been following a particular process in which we screen initial candidates, then ask candidates to perform a particular "evaluative task," and then we conduct a round of interviews. I would like to polish our actual interview process to ensure that interviews are more consistent across the team.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to develop evidence-based products to reduce polarization in advance of the 2020 election.

This project is essential to our organizational success as it will allow us to build a stellar team to accomplish our goals.
