Email Marketing Template Design
Project details
What we need
- Design of email marketing template based on the Organization's visual branding guidelines
- Application of email template for 3-5 emails series, if applicable
Additional details
Periodically, we send out email newsletters to update our donors and contacts. We are in need of a redesigned template to use for our emails to make it simple for us to add info and get it out in a timely manner, while still being visually compelling. We currently use Zoho Campaigns for e-newsletters, but are also able to use MailChimp.
What we have in place
- We currently have examples of previous newsletters, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have branding guide, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,092 , allowing us to use the savings to focus on our follow up with contacts who show interest in our organization.
One of the struggles in our small organization is finding the time to keep our donors and supporters well informed. We have info but need simple ways to communicate to our donors without spending too much time in the design stage.
Project plan
Our mission
Empowering immigrant, minority and indigenous leaders to fight poverty and injustices through small-sale, grassroots community efforts by empowering leaders to be the change-makers their communities need.
What we do
Solutions to poverty and injustice must be led by people from within the community. We help people build their skills for leading social change locally. Cultivate exists to empower & equip community insiders and their allies through leadership development and capacity-building programs to transform their communities through asset-based community-led development. We work with people domestically and internationally to help them launch and lead nonprofit organizations (or NGOs, INGOs, or charitable organizations) which address their community's struggles against poverty, oppression, racism, injustice, and marginalization so that they can be community change-makers.
