Project details

What we need
  • Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
  • Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
What we have in place
  • We currently have job descriptions and salary data, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a committed Human Resources Director, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to continue Siempre Papa, a group for Spanish speaking Dads to help them learn what it means to be a nurturing provider while managing the societal and cultural expectations of emotions and masculinity.

We value our dedicated staff tremendously and it is of the utmost importance to us that we create a compensation plan that appropriately reviews and addresses all of the current job descriptions and compensation data thoroughly. Also of great importance is understanding how our varied funding sources impact compensation planning and using that information in how we strategically create a concise and competitive compensation structure for all of our valued programs and roles going forward.
