- Collateral, to be used in conjunction with the Brochure Writing project, for new marketing materials
- Accurate, print-ready specifications

We are looking to create a sponsorship packet that outlines the various levels of sponsorship, as well as the benefits to the sponsor and the impact their sponsorship will have on our community.
What we have in place
- We currently have identified the defined levels and benefits for each level, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Several different logo options as well as photos,, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to begin to build some financial reserves and become more sustainable.
We have realized that we need to reach out to corporate sponsors in order to become sustainable. This project will give us the tools we need to approach potential corporate sponsors with a clearly defined plan that benefits both their organization and ours. Successfully recruiting corporate sponsors will enable us to become financially stable and not rely solely on earned revenue, fundraiser events and grants to meet our annual expenses.

Our mission
ENCORE is a non-profit educational theatre company that seeks to build community and transform lives by providing high quality, intensive musical and non-musical theatre training, as well as theatrical performances of all kinds in the South Bay and Los Angeles Harbor areas.
What we do
ENCORE produces four Mainstage musicals each year, along with 1 Shakespeare play. These productions feature "all ages" casts where most adult roles are played by adults, the Ensemble is made up of adults, teens and children, and child roles are played by children.
We also teach performance workshops for age specific groups, where the result is a junior level musical or a play for friends and family, as well as classes in singing, dance and acting. Every summer we offer several musical theatre drama camps, the goal of which is a fully-produced musical theatre production or a showcase performance for friends and family.
Testimonials
Although we did not really complete this project, it was not because Amorette was unwilling or unable to help us. Our organization went through a change in the middle of the project that made us unable to provide the input she needed to help us complete it. She was great to work with up to that point, however.
