We would appreciate a fresh look at crafting our letter for the end-of-year appeal which will focus on our education programs and highlight the new bilingual "Rainbow Nutrition Cards" we recently designed.

What we have in place
  • We currently have text for the letter and images we'd like to include, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have examples from prior years, and the ability to provide any other information you need.

Our mission

The Philadelphia Orchard Project plants orchards in the city of Philadelphia that grow healthy food, green spaces and community food security.

POP works with community-based groups and volunteers to plan and plant orchards filled with useful and edible plants. POP provides the plants, trees, and training. Community organizations own, maintain, and harvest the orchards, expanding community-based food production.

Testimonials

I appreciated Holli's suggestions and insights! She provided several great example letters that included fresh new language and was very easy to work with.

Individual Donor Letter Project

Kim at POP gave me all the base materials I needed to start on this project. Due to our time zone difference, I referenced the web site quite a bit for additional information. All was easy to find and helpful for the final drafts. Great organization to work with.
