What we need
  • A high-resolution digital version of an illustration that can be used across multiple channels (web, print, and/or merchandising)
Additional details

We would like to thank our members and first-time donors when they donate to our organization for Give To The Max Day. We think a sticker sheet or set of stickers that are river themed would be a simple and easy yet popular gift to show our appreciation. We prefer a hand draw illustrative look compared to sleek computer graphics, but we are open to suggestions. Image ideas could include: Mississippi River landscape scene; river otter; heron; kayak; oak tree; St. Anthony Falls; etc.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a campaign logo and color palette, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have excellent photography of our locations and structures, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to use that money to plant more trees, provide environmental jobs for young people, and provide first time experiences in the woods for urban youth.

Stickers with trendy graphics and cool designs are a popular commodity with younger generations and the outdoor community. In addition to being a nice thank-you gesture to our donors, stickers are an attractive incentive to engage with a younger audience. As semi-permanent artwork, they also serve as a daily reminder of the importance of preserving the river each time they are viewed on someone's water bottle, laptop, etc.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with relevant background information on the Organization, mission, and core values

Milestone 1: Brainstorm
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals, target audience, and how the illustration will be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional align expectations for the initial drawings and agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional drafts and presents three concepts for the Organization’s illustration
  • Volunteer Manager chooses a favorite concept and provides up to two rounds of feedback, which the Professional uses to refine the Illustration

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers a final version of the Illustration in digital form
