What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
What we have in place
  • We currently have several written policies that can contribute to a handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a COO's time to work on updates with the volunteer, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to spend additional time on fundraising for our country partners' field work implementation.

As TfG grows, we need to make policies and expectations for employees more consistent and clear. There are a number of potential issues we may not have thought of yet that a professional volunteer can help us plan for within our employee handbook. Our employees will be pleased to have clear policies that make it easier to operate at TfG.

Our mission

Together for Girls is a global public-private partnership that works to end violence against boys and girls, with a special focus on ending sexual violence against girls. Founded in 2009, the Together for Girls partnership brings together national governments, UN entities and private sector organizations to prevent and respond to violence. To do this, the partnership uses a three-pronged model: data, action, and advocacy to promote evidence-based solutions, galvanize coordinated response across sectors, and raise awareness. Currently, Together for Girls works with more than 20 countries around the world.
