Website Construction (CMS-Based)
Website Construction (CMS-Based)
Project details
What we need
- Development of a new website using a Content Management System (CMS)
- Training to ensure Organization's staff members can update content and manage the site post-launch
- Note: This project is for a website built with a Content Management System (CMS), such as Wordpress, Squarespace, Joomla, Drupal, or Weebly . A CMS-based website can be maintained and updated easily (no coding required!)
Additional details
We have a Wordpress site up and running; however, could most certainly be updated to meet the needs of mobile phone viewers...I believe its called a "scrolling" style.

It would also be nice to have basics such as SEO tools, etc.
We have PLENTY of content...in fact believe most of the verbiage that's posted could work; however, you folks are the experts.
What we have in place
- We currently have content, pictures, verbiage, etc., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an established brand and loyal following, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,792 , allowing us to take care of bookkeeping, acctg. & insurance (we're a new 501c3), present quality performing artists, keep vendor fees at affordable rates & new expenses-concrete barriers at entrances (expensive!).
We receive thousands of unique visitors to our site each year. A cool (which jazz is!) site will assist to position JazzFest as more than just a neighborhood festival.
The big thing--adding a little drama and emotion via a cool design.

Testimonials
Being lost in a quagmire of in-box emails, this recommendation is embarrassingly way past due. Here's the deal. Keith took our group's "somewhat all over the place" website vision and created what we feel is a communication tool that unequivocally tells our story the way we wished it to be told. As a testament, we've received a significant number of unaided positive comments from community members and event sponsors. Keith was very easy, to an almost an empathetically comforting level, to work with...especially considering our group's lack of technical and website savvy. He was always timely with his work and site updates were made within a day or two. In addition, he shared his expertise in terms of layout and design which added to the site's aesthetics. Bottom line: We could not have asked for our website update project to go smoother. ...a beyond strong recommendation.
Very rewarding working on this project with such dedicated and appreciative people.
