Project details

What we need
  • Consultation regarding the Organization's current event branding and desired objectives for the program's visual identity
  • Visual branding guidelines / style guide that include specific colors, fonts, and other graphic design elements to use in print and digital communications materials
  • High-resolution logo delivered electronically (in formats for digital and print use)
Additional details

We are launching a rebrand in May 2019, and we want to celebrate this rebrand by applying it to our Nonprofit Excellence Awards program, which culiminates into the Best Nonprofit Conference in December 2019. We need to work with a skilled professional to help us create the guidelines and logo (integrated with our new logo to be launched in May 2019) for email, social media, email, print and our website.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a style guide and branding guide for the rebrand, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have historical and current logos and info about the Awards, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to strongly market the Nonprofit Excellence Awards program that culminates into our conference in December 2019.

This project is extremely important because this program spans the entire year. We bring together nonprofit organizations from the New York City area and provide them with a 360-degree assessment of their org plus cash prizes and scholarships.

  • Professional delivers the final version of the logo including specifications for usage (colors, size, etc.)
3
Milestone 3: Visual Branding Guidelines / Style Guide
  • Professional drafts the visual branding guidelines, which features the logo design and a specific set of colors, fonts, and any custom graphic elements to be incorporated in event communications and collateral material
  • Volunteer Manager reviews the draft guidelines and provides feedback
  • Professional incorporates feedback and prepares the final version
  • If custom graphics are included in the agreed-upon scope of work, the Professional provides them in high-resolution formats for digital and print use

Testimonials

Molly is absolutely wonderful to worth with. She is very communicative, timely, creative and sharp when it comes to strategy and design. Molly worked on a project for us using our brand new style guide, and she knocked it out of the park while being true to our brand. I appreciated her flexibility and work with myself and others at our nonprofit organization involved in the project. I highly recommend other nonprofits to work with Molly for design and creative needs.
