Organizational Executive Summary
Organizational Executive Summary
Project details
What we need
- A 1-2 page document that summarizes your Organization's impact and goals for continued programming and services.
Additional details
California Partnership needs to put together concise brochure of our work. We work with many partners on the state of California's health and human services policies and county implantation. A concise executive summary would help us frame our work and and communicate it to our donors, partners and to the general public.
What we have in place
- We currently have mission and vision statements, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our operating budget and a draft strategic plan, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to fund two of our three staff's wages for a month.
We are developing consistent format for our annual report and brochure and this component is essential to both. We are a small organisation and all ware many hats as community organizers, grant writers and policy researchers. This part of the work has been neglected and it would be a big help if we could make a working template that can be used in many parts of the documentation, grant writing and communications.
Project plan
Our mission
A statewide economic justice coalition building civic power among California's low income, marginalized communities and communities of color. We do this by advocating for just state and local budgets and policies, and convening community based organizations and allies to combat poverty.
We accomplish this by:
Our partners setting our policy agendas.
Connecting community based organizations on a regional level to leverage voices and resources.
Providing partner organizations capacity building workshops and trainings.
Supporting partners' local and statewide efforts and events.
Familiarizing partners with budget and policy processes.
Working with our partners to monitor the implementation of policy.
