What we need
- A professionally designed annual report, up to 20 pages, with print-ready specifications
Additional details
We have ideas for content for our Annual Report, but have not yet written the copy. We would like feedback on how "wordy" the report should be - balance of articles/graphics/photos, and can then provide copy based on what is decided.
What we have in place
- We are a small non-profit Clinic with a small marketing/printing budget, so we have our last Annual Report, which was designed by me (yikes!) in Publisher, which can help you see where we've been - it was a simple 11 X 17, 4 pages folded. 2018 was a great year for our Clinic, so we have much content we'd like to share with donors and other stakeholders. We'd like a better visual representation of the work that we do.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to direct these funds to patient care and medications for the uninsured.
Having a well-designed Annual Report is important to highlight the important work of our Clinic to the community. We also want to use it to acknowledge all those who have made our impact possible - donors, volunteers, etc.

Our mission
The mission of the Gloucester Mathews Care Clinic is to provide community-based healthcare for the residents of Gloucester and Mathews counties, and select surrounding areas, who lack health insurance, or are covered by Medicaid. We achieve this through the efforts of volunteers, paid professionals and support staff, and contributions from members of the community who share our values and concern.
What we do
The Gloucester Mathews Care Clinic has provided compassionate care to uninsured adults in Gloucester and Mathews counties since 1998. We provide chronic care, acute care, behavioral health care, specialty care through our community partners, patient health education, and an on-site pharmacy.
