Annual Report Design (Digital & Print)
Impact statement
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to focus on match support, the core of our program.

Project Details

What We Need
  • A professionally designed annual report, up to 20 pages, with print-ready specifications
Additional Details

This will be our third annual report in our 54 year history. The past two annual reports have been 3-6 pages. Our fiscal year ends in June, however we have most of the information/data for the report now as the school year winds down. Our goal is to send the annual report out in early July.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have logo, photos, past expamples, topics for this year, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have me (executive director), and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help

We started to use the annual report as a communication tool to our donors 2 years ago and it has been instrumental for retaining some of them. The past 5 years we have tried to professionalize the organization and this is one of the steps.

About The Org

Our Mission

Project Friendship is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization that pairs children in grades 2 - 7 with a student mentor from Carleton College or St. Olaf College for a 2-4 year mentoring relationship. While Project Friendship mentor-mentee relationships are only facilitated until the mentor graduates, they often extend far beyond the mentor's graduation, some last a lifetime. Mentor relationships benefit any child, especially those who may be struggling with stress at home, are new to the community, may have trouble making friends at school, or simply need a person to confide in.
